'Failure to appear' is a criminal offence in itself, even where it concerns a juror.
However, on this occasion I bow to your superior legal acumen as in fact it would appear you're correct in that FMJ can't be arrested.
But, should he persist with the no-shows the Judge can automatically rule in favour of Pacquiao to the tune of whatever damages are sought and Pacquiao's legal fees (in addition to his own).
we have a thing in america called freedom of speech which protects us from such nonesense (being arrested over words) this is NOT THE PHILIPPINES BUDDY.
the only thing the court can do is continue to renew the court date. & charge court fees......
