Rubio is not lying, I feel that he has the tools to spark out Chavez Jr. who proved very little against Zbik and Canelo as of right now.

However I don't think Canelo is ready for rubio, he needs more time since I consider Canelo to be a more capable prospect (over-hyped I know) but either way I expect Rubio to either hopefully get Chavez Jr. or perhaps Zbik or maybe even Sergio Martinez.
