    hahahahahaahahahaah

I was going to come in here and say that, as much as I disliked him, he was far from irrelevant to boxing, but I can't help but laugh at this statement.

Tarver spent YEARS hounding Roy for a fight, but Roy chose to go to HW for the bigger money instead. Only when he realized that he would have to defend his belt against real heavyweights who could punch and walk though his best punches did he decide to come down for the Tarver fight.

Well, the header of the thread is pretty ******, but in the current context, yeah, Roy will never win another belt. He finally admits he got beat by Tarver, but says he'll be back. For what? To gut it out against a up and comer who needs his scalp to pad his record?

It's a shame Tarver didn't go after him harder and KO him early. Maybe that would have retired him. Roy should go consult with Holy for his career future.

Tarver has some of the best hook punching technique in the business is why. when he throws that power left hook it's seamless...
