Criminal cases have consequences just like civil cases. Slander is a law, just not a criminal law. Of course pac has the option to sue him, just like if someone broke in and stole somthing from his house, he d have the option to press charges or let it go. Now do U wanna try harder, or should I just let ur ******ity go?

Floyd didn't show up because he doesn't have any evidence to present to the court.

He would just look even more ****** than he normally does.

I heard Floyd wants OSDT for the judge before he showed up infront of him.

no, thats not true at all. u dont kno wat ur talking about. just shut up. whether a preson presses charges or not, it is ultimately up to a prosecutor, not the person, to decide whether to pursue a criminal case. if someone is murdered and they have no relatives, who presses charges for them? there have been numerous cases where no 1 "presses charges".

slander is not a law. slander is a principle of the law. there is no federal law against slander. that would make it criminal. there are laws that detail how a person can recover from incidences of slander. i hate when ppl come on here ant think they kno what they are talking about and they sound like dumb door knobs. just dont do it to urself kid.

you should ask oj simpson if a civil case doesnt do as a much damage as a criminal one.... or ask MLK JR. what a civil case could do. how soon we forget.

why wouldn't you want to show sportsmanship at it's HIGHEST level for such a mega fight?

only a MORON with ****TY morals would think that theres anything wrong with that. only a low IQ baffoon would think that theres fault in that.
U know what I mean. And the shameless fools like Dan Rafael and Bert Sugar going around stating who is Mayweather to ask for the tests rather than the real issue of why won't Pac agree to the tests? Just because they hate Floyd. Taking FMJ and Pac out of the equation, fighter A asks fighter B to take a random drug test the same as he will take for a mega fight to ensure an even playing field. Fighter B says no, comes up with different excuses, then sues. Shouldnt fighter B be the one who is questioned? Looks pretty cut and dry to me. ....

Come on Joe "Dawg" you are better than that. You are condoning this BS lawsuit because you hate Floyd? You would have to change your name because "dawg's" don't condone going to the law for something petty. If someone disrepected you would you take them to court for slander, or would you get yours, Dawg? Come on now....

wifebeater is so shook he won't even show up to the deposition.

trust this... no matter how well wifebeater is coached by his lawyers, if you talk to that gorilla long enough, he'll start saying incriminating stuff... that's why that coward is ducking and dodging the deposition.
