He'll do the same thing to Pacquiao. Mark my words. An angry, motivated Floyd is the last person you wanna fight. He'll make the Erik Morales schooling look like child's play.

But obviously from his video ranting and interviews where he's suggesting Pacquiao's on "Power Pelets", it's not as easy as "settling out of court" (depending how strong Pac's team's stance is on the case). If the roles were reversed, the Mayweather fans would be in an uproar and pulling up the Judicial Handbook on "showing up to court".
but pacquiao was already going to sue floyd before that video came out whic h i don't understand because at that point i don't remember floyd saying pacquiao was on anything

Correction please, Gayweather doesn't get angry, he gets scared. If he really gets angry then he should have fought Pac since the start.

Usually, angry human looks for a fight and kick ass but Gayweather got so scared and instead took a vacation.

Taking the test doesn't nullify slander. Mayweather is the b*tch for making false accusations in public. That you cannot do. Even if Pac agreed to full OST, Floyd could still get sued for slander.

Mayweather Thinks He's Above The Law; Put His Ass In Jail!

He doesn't pay taxes owing more than $9M in back taxes. He had to be sued by a Vegas ***eler to pay a $250k ***elry bill. He's always in trouble with the law, and now he turns his nose up to the courts. WHEN will someone step up, throw his ass in jail, and make an example of him?????

Not sure why you called me a "*****" but I'll take the high road and try to help you out. Okay, the first thing to remember is that this is a civil "suit" not a criminal "case" as you so term above. And when you're involved in such a civil proceeding where the defendant refuses to be deposed or refuses to answer a set of specific questions called interrogatories (within a specified amount of time, in my state it's 20 days but may be a little longer in Nevada), then this is grounds for plaintiff's attorney to file a Motion for Summary Judgment. The motion will seek punitive damages but because there was no physical injuries sustained, the cap will most likely be at $250,000.

Learn the differences and nuances b/w civil proceedings versus criminal trials and then we can chat further.

why wouldn't you want to show sportsmanship at it's HIGHEST level for such a mega fight?

only a MORON with ****TY morals would think that theres anything wrong with that. only a low IQ baffoon would think that theres fault in that.
It doesn't change the fact that Floyd accused him along with his team several occasions of being on PEDs. That's why they're going to court, not because Floyd demanded the test. The reality is also, neither you or I are at the negotiation table to say "Oh Pac agreed" and or "Pac still doesn't want to test". So in the end, who are you going to believe? The fighter you side with. I remain neutral, but it's tremendously hard for me to pin this all on Pacquiao.
