I understand what you saying but Pac could have handled this situation a lot better its gone way to far now and peoples minds aren't gonna change so if he wins what difference does it make people still going to want him to take the test

Not in Boxing. You fight in a ring not in a court room. Floyd talks shyt that's why he sells more than anyone in the sport. Pac and team are just sensitive bytches who still haven't officially agreed to blood tests and still want to fight n a court room not a ring. It's such a disgrace. In sports accusing someone in today's society is not especially when the accused is scared to death of the tests and has yet to do them or sign an official document stating he will. Punk move on Floyd skipping court even if its over something p*ssy as it is still he should have went. Pointed and laughed and state that this is a waste of tax payers dollars.

That's not why he's being sued, he's being sued for saying Pac is on steroids.

One famous sportsman can't publicly accuse another world famous professional sportsman of using performance enhancing drugs, damaging his reputation in the process, and expect to get away with it.

On the test issue, personally I'd prefer all boxers were subject to random testing but at this point in time it isn't mandatory and they have every right to refuse.

Even if Pacquiao wins case, damage has been done.

50 years from now, even if Pacquaio win case, historians and journalists will forever reference this accusation while reflecting on his career whether he wins case or not, regardless if they fight or not.

                      That's how bad it is.

Monetary reward will be a small vindication.
