    Is donaire the only american fighter in history that ringwalks with a filipino flag?

    Are there any others?

      is only about filipino american fights then i think you are correct...
      but if its about americans bringing other countries flags then no..
      delahoya used to bring the mex flag in his fights

        Manny Pacquiao is another, like Donaire he wasnt born in America but Manny trains there so that makes him American.

          Negative. Fighters always represent their heritage. Oscar de la hoya always had a mexican flag as well as american one. Vargas stayed with a mexican flag.

              Nonito embraces his filipino heritage because it will help him gain a lot more exposure then if he were to just claim to be Ameican.

              But as for the question alot of fighters ring walk with flags of their heritage. i.e. De la Hoya, Micky Ward,

                  nope , he embraces his filipino heritage because he's a filipino living n the states


                  micky ward , de la hoya etc... were all born in the US , donaire was born and raised in his home country , you can't just become " a red blooded " american when you spent most of your childhood living in your birth country ,and speaking something other than english.

                  i lived in japan for 15 years with my parents , i don't remember becoming japanese at any point
