Vitali is psychotic and has no control over his emotions. Larry Merchant once mentioned the fact that him and his brother both lost fights in the same year , and Vitali began to get pissed and started tearing up.

Vitali physically threatened to kill members of his own parliament as well.

We wont get into his mental state after the Lewis fight.
Or how he tried to attack Solis and his team for thinking he was trying to find a way out.

Wlad, in an interview 3 weeks ago was asked about he and his brother. Wlad actually sounded afraid when describing Vitali - saying, and i quote " Me and Vitali are different. Vitali was born a fighter, I had to learn to fight. He's not a nice man, but he is my brother. "

He picked his words EXTEMELY carefully, took maybe 20 seconds to say that little bit. It was like he was afraid he'd say something to anger Vit.

Said that Vitali is a very 'serious' man, whereas he (wlad) is more laid back.

Exactly. A lot of peopel dont' realize how hot headed vitali is, and it's understandable. Unless you follow their careers closely you'd have no idea.
