I'm all for testing every fighter in every fight. but the fact of the matter is that when it comes down to it, its each state's boxing commissions who make and govern the rules. Thats who people should be pissed and protest at....imo
As for the commissions, well I don't think any fighter should need to go to them and ask them to change their drug testing policies. This whole Mayweather and Pacquiao saga has gone on for ages and is very high profile and yet the commissions havnt stepped up once and said they will look into changing the tests for the betterment of the sport. The commissions don't care.
An example of just how much they don't care is when Dana White, President of the UFC got tired of judges scoring fights wrongly. He asked Keith Kizer or NSAC if he could have monitors installed so that the judges could get a better look at the action when the fighters were the other side of they cage and it made it more difficult for them to do their job. Keith Kizers response was "we will see about it" anyway after a while and at the finale of the TV show "The Ultimate Fighter" Dana white had Monitors installed anyway to help the judges. When Kizer found out about it he had all the monitors disconnected.
Only after a long time and many bad judging decisions later did Kizer decide that monitors are allowed but he stressed that its up to the judges to decide if they actually want to use them? That basically shows that the commissions don't give s**t. If it takes Dana White years to get something sorted what hope does a single boxer have?Last edited by Rapid Counter; 06-17-2011, 12:22 PM.

Exactly, Wendy's would get the hell sued out of them and forced to pay millions in damages. Manny Pacquiao's brand is a huge corporation, so this is no different.
The real b*tch move is a grown man being so jealous and envious of another that he, like a 13 year old girl, goes on twitter, U-******, etc and starts gossiping.
You talk out the side of your mouth, you better be ready to pay up.

This site, and it's users use of cyber bulling and cyber harassment tactics regarding Floyd, will contribute to this lawsuits failure. Rick Reeno being named in this suit hasn't done Pacquiao any favors. I'm sure Mayweathers attorneys have been I.P tracing, capturing and reading everything that has been recorded on this site regarding the issue. Most of you are providing Mayweather a better defense then even he could have imagined.
People who don't fully understand the law get caught up in these threads created with the underlying intent of intimidation, but me personally I smile because I know what it really represents so...
