Yes. This can show that the story had gained such a grip on world opinion that even after the case was filed, the story still had enough strength to be spread. I'm sure the plaintiff lawyers are smart enough to not miss any of this. In fat they have such an embarrassment of evidence it will be a heavy task to chose what to bring forward and what to discard.
