There must be overwhelming evidence against the Mayweathers in regards to the slandering and repeated steroid accusations against Pac. I myself with no legal experience can go in there and prove Pac's case with the various quotes from the Mayweathers on a variety of websites!

Pacquiao came up beating up all these big guys in bigger weight classes—way bigger weight classes then him. How did a guy do that, man? To beat all these big guys when other guys in the same division can’t beat them but little Pacquiao comes up there and beats them, and stops them and makes them quit, and makes them retreat, and give up, and make them say ‘No mas’, and all that. I don’t know how that is. How is that? How is that done?”

    Floyd Sr......

Well, I'm with you. From a legal stand point Floyd has no leg to stand on.....Plus if I was representing Pacquiao this would be my argument. According to Floyd Sr. and Roger that there was no one in history that can move up in weight keeping his power and speed. And still knocking out bigger guys. Well if they really know their boxing history they would know that there was a fighter 80 years ago who was 5'6" 1/2 who fought from lightweight to heavyweight and is regarded as one of the most fearsome punchers of all time. His name is Sam Langford. Look him up. I only have 4 fights of him. His style was very unique. To compare his style would be trying to cross him with Joe Walcott and James Toney but with dynamite power in both hands. NowI'm pretty sure there was no type of PED's back in those days unless you want to consider maybe Ginseng.

Pac has no case against Floyd Mayweather Jr. Now uncle roger and his dad maybe so. But not Floyd Jr. Now when the peds were brought up all the *******s said *****s became Ped Experts. Now the defamation case is brought up and all the *******s have become Lawyers lol go figure.

For real? I mean really? So just cause you ask a guy to take a random drug test even one that you'll be taking yourself translates into pacquiao is taking steroids? I mean for real? So basically Ortiz should cancel the fight and go file a lawsuit hahaha damn *******s!

nahh. if you believe what you believe then there's nothing to worry about floyd. this is america not some african country. innocent until proven guilty. floyd will have a day in court fair and square.

why do you floyd fanboys worry so much? i don't get it.

The udge is not present. Just the opposing parties, their lawyers and the court stenographer.
it takes place in an anteroom, not the courtroom.

i guess being found liable of defamation and having to wire transfer millions of dollars to settle means more to Floyd than showing up for a thirty minute deposition
I wouldn't be surprised if Mayweather, if the case seems to be going against him, might file for bankruptcy.
