Yall have to remember what type of case this is. Floyd wont go to jail for anything. Him ignoring this will be just money on top of money he has to pay.

He agreed to fight but pac said no and fought clottey. Remember? Pac hast officially agreed to anything but fighting in a courtroom. Don't get it twisted player.

I dont know what the big deal is. No one is sabotaging the Ortiz-May fight like some poster here say. The case was filed in 2009, so the deposition is forthcoming sooner or later. Its part of the lawsuit process.

Now all Floyd has to do to is spew out all his accusations on record, and tell the truth. If he really believes in that conviction then there is nothing to be worried about.. This is just a deposition, and not a verdict..

All Pac's Lawyers have to do is show the judge the Ustream vid and its a wrap for floyd.

This case is for money but the Josie Harris and the shooting at the skating ring are for his freedom.

He won't fight Pac unless both of those cases are settled and they won't be settled if he keeps trying to duck and dodge them like he did to Cotto and Margarito.
