right its ok to ask for a ten million dollar wt penalty even though the commish has rules in place for that. but floyd asking for a simple test is greater than asking for 10mil. i dont understand the logic or lack there of.

When Hagler said he agrees with Pacquiao he was totally misinformed, he was thinking that Pacquiao would be the only one taking a Drug test but not Mayweather..... Actually it doesn't sound like Hagler is against the Drug Testing at all, he actually said "HE HAS TO TAKE ONE TOO"...so basically he is saying "I am willing to take one as long as he takes one also".....

No, it was insurance. The fight was at 147, so nobody was ever going to get a cent, which is why Mayweather did not have a problem with agreeing to it.

The fight would generate too much money to cancel if Mayweather " failed " to make weight, and Freddie did not want his guy physically out-matched.
