You called somebody a cheater with out proof of evidence!? cotto and pac came to agreed each other on the catch weight terms. cotto can always say no i want 147 on this fight or there is no fight, for that is cotto's right! and you cant called cotto a ducker! So pac has his own right to say no let the NSAC do the testing! The problem is before they ask pacquiao about OSD the mayweather sr already accused pacquiao of taking something so he is already guilty in the eyes of mayweather. Catch weight in boxing is been there since sugar ray leonard and robbinson this is not new to sport of boxing! but asking for osd is really new to the sports specially the boxer never ask anybody since he start his pro boxing! see the logic!!!!

@ philb; i don't know if your a pacquiao fan or a mayweather fan. all i know is it's hard for any boxing fan with a trace of common sense to see a fighter get knocked out, by one punch at 106 pounds.....twice.....and then go up in weight to 130, 147 and higher pounds and eat those punches like he's getting plucked in the face with m&m's......along with increasing he's punching power, speed and endurance.

Hagler is not alone, Professional Boxing Associations either in the World Organization or inside USA, including BWAA and Multi media Companies
does not support the Team Mayweather false accusation that Pacman is on drugs/steroid.

Common Sense. Pacquiao is 5'6" in height. The Normal Body weight for that height is about 145-155lbs. By saying that he was underweight or malnourished. He can take punches on the face, when he got knock down he was hit in the gut, not the face. (that's way the mayweather's say he's weak in the gut area) He has been known to duke it out in the lower weight class and can take punches in the face (that's why people wanted to see him 'coz most of his fights are wars, just ask Barrera, Morales, & marquez) His been knocking people out before, what's to stop him from doing that in the higher weigth class? If you keep record the only one he knocked out in the welterweight is Cotto.

manny pacquiao comes across as a very gracious man......but he is surrounded by some of the most deviant characters that boxing has ever seen. so it's hard to believe he's not guilty by association. if he is this man of the people and loves the sport of boxing like he says he does why doesn't he agree to a "random" drug test? you have these guys saying he agreed to the random test......no he didn't.....he agreed to a 14 day cut period and that's not random and he only agreed to that after the third round of negotiations. you got these clowns quoting scumbag bob arum and his personal press secretaries/fluffers like dan rafael saying he agreed to everything (olympic style random drug testing)and it's a bold face lie pacquiao has never said that.

Logic? You speak anything but logic.

You are the prime example of a misguided, misinformed Pac Stan. Prime.

henry Armstrong and Ceferino Garcia fought for the middleweight championship (New York State only) with Armstrong weighing about 139-40 and Garcia 152........ They were hardly middleweights, although I don't think there was a maximum cut.

He agreed to it a few months after the first negotiations failed, and Mayweather said the offer was "off the table".

If Flawed Maywither can require testing beyond regulator's mandate, then Pacquiao can also ask him to have random psychiatric test before and after the fight.
