Six bucks and my left nut says Vegas. Other than anywhere in England, Vegas sells way more tickets. This is just a poke to the casinos to gauge interest.Comment

Bring that out to the east coast. It's a short hop for Froch and he'll bring more fans.
Sick of Vegas.Comment

Do you really think it's fair that the pampered Andre Ward has all his Super Six fights at home, while Carl Froch will have to fight 4 of his 5 in foreign countries?
If Ward was only permitted 1 fight at home and had to fight 4 in foreign countries, I imagine you'd be p1ssed off, wouldn't you?
But, damn man, it's every fight... every single fight, where you have a rooting interest. You have ready made excuses.
This fight, for example... You first started complaining that the fight shouldn't be held in California, saying crap like "Ward will never fight Froch outside of his home state".
Then the rumors of Vegas (the boxing capital of the freaking world) started, and you instantly switched your stance from "never outside of California", to "never outside of the US". And they made it clear before the tournament, that the final would be held in the US, most likely in Vegas.
And now you're on some "oh, the time zone will effect Froch" nonsense. That's just pathetic. It didn't bother Calzaghe. It didn't bother Hatton. It won't bother Froch.
You make more excuses than literally anyone I've ever seen.Comment

You obviously haven't travelled much, or you'd understand what I'm talking about.
If you've slept from 11 PM until 6 AM all your life, then you travel to a time zone where it's 8 PM, but it's 4 AM where you've lived all your life, you're body will be feeling like you should be sleeping.
That really isn't difficult to understand.Comment

I think the time zone change did effect Hatton and others.
