One judge gave 3 of the first 4 rounds to Trinidad. Also the 12th to De La Hoya.

That fight = Fix from hell.

I think De La Hoya made Trinidad look bad in that fight, he was on a whole different level of ability.

I dont think stats prove anything, power punching is a part of what wins the round but there's other factors that get taken into consideration(i.e. ring generalship and aggression).

but just check at the euro level . sometimes it s more than roberry , last euro welterweight championship fight i saw , a french dude beated michael trabant so bad he looked like elefant man , and the scores were 119-108 for the german . the french fighter even said that the german fighter came to apologize .
