How many freakin titles does the WBA has? It is just annoying in all the titles out there. Too many champions. Gamboa is the man to beat anyway but him not being such a big draw helped the WBA with their decision.
I bet if he was a hot ticket seller they would modify the rules like the WBC does to justify the fights alongside the high sanctioning fees
I dont know about that man , i am not sure about ticket sales but gamboa makes about 300 to 400k a fight, lopez is the only other boxer in the 126 that makes that kind of money
Isn't this just to have to avoid dishing out money for another title fight i guess they realized they already had too many champs so cut one loose.
Doesn't matter Gamboa is the best at 126 anyway with or without belt
