Mosley in 09 when he was the #1 WW in the division and now Victor Ortiz who is ranked #3 in the division and Floyd fought and is fighting. Manny has yet to fight a fighter coming off an impressive or dominate win in YEARS. Talk about under accomplished. Floyd came back from his first retirement and was ranked #1 at WW after two fights and now he is coming back and taking on Victor Ortiz. Manny has been fighting at 147 continuously and he still didn't become Lineal Champion there. Technically Floyd did it twice. Once with Baldomir and a second time with Mosley (But didn't want the belt). Manny is a joke of a P4P fighter. Ortiz was right there as well as Berto before Ortiz but Manny goes for Mosley after everyone knew he was done off and brings JMM back up to WW after WE ALL SAW what Floyd did to him at 144. Talking about under accomplished? Lets take a look at a couple of his past fights and see how much props he got. shall we?

Don't get me started with Clottey. Cotto was ok but would have been better at 147 considering Pac fought Oscar there prior. Pac is an inhouse fighter carefully matched up to be this exciting dominate fighter to make Arum money and that's all. Most Pac fans are bad for the sport by their lack of knowledge and disrespect to other fighters and people who posts on boxing websites everywhere. Just because everyone is not sold on or believing Pacquiao is the greatest don't make them your enemies. Just makes them smart because it is soooo obvious to see what's going on if your not on Pac's jock. I wish that I could have normal debates on here but it is not possible since Pac's die hard fans with their Pac names on their avatars, bad spelling and name calling entered the scene.

This is nothing more that using Pacs name to promote Mayweathers upcoming fight with Ortiz.
Sad but Mayweather do needs Pacs name to hype up his fights as usual.

WHAT?! Pac, Roach and Arum have used Mayweather's name to sell their fights since Pac walked away from to fight with Clottey. This is why I believe the fight ain't happening.

Arum also indicated he would like Pacquiao to get through the Hatton fight before going up against Mayweather saying“I want Mayweather to stay there (in retirement) until September. The longer he’s out the more rusty he’ll be."

Ok, so if that is the case then the 2nd negotiations didn't happen or the 100Million dollar demand from Floyd either because Arum said they did. Arum is Manny's promoter. He's the guy that Pac always say that fighters should talk to and your calling him a liar? He is but if that is the case he lied about EVERYTHING. Don't use that argument to try to discredit the quotes because nobody else said it but Arum, Manny's promoter who makes the fights. Roach is just a trainer and half the stuff he says, Floyd don't even do. Manny Pacquiao does exactly what Bob Arum says.
