You will be fine as long as you are getting to 6-7% and still taking in the min required calories for your body. The body is designed to metabolise fat when you don't eat (it's basically an energy reserve of last resort). The first thing the body mtabolises is simple sugar.

the reason to exercise along with dieting is to maintain muscle. If you aren't eating enough and already have low body fat there is a threshold where your body won't just metabolise fat for it's energy needs, but it will also metabolise muscle. You def don't want that to happen.

I really don't know the percentages, but having a dangerously low bodyfat, ripped abs, veins everywhere etc isn't the ideal body type for boxing, at least at heavyweight where fighters (ideally) fight at their natural weight. In fact the only top heavyweight I can think of who was built like that was Holyfield. Most of the great HW champions throughout the ages were far from beach body beautiful, in very good shape yes, but not ripped to the bone.

Of course body type plays a factor here, but in an endurance sport where you're receiving blows to your organs, I'd say a little bit of fat was quite important.

I don't know what my natural weight is because I'm not done growing, but my body fat is naturally very low because of my metabolism. I've never been on a cut in my life and I'm currently eating 3000-4000 calories.
