I don't care about the commentary for a fight like this, because this isn't Mayweather/Castillo; the commentary can't affect what people will see with their own eyes.

At the worst, the HBO team might get their asses handed to them like in Cotto/Margarito and Williams/Martinez II. The Sky Team never hide the fact that they're supporting their guy.

But yeah, Kellerman is a tool. I hope Larry lives forever.

Maybe Haye's threat to Wlad has given you some doubts

I would be surprised if Jim Watt was not commentating on the fight.

I reckon the studio guests will be Nelson, McCrory and possibly Lewis depending on American TV commitments.
I was going to fly over to watch the fight. I had no problem finding good seats at the venue and reasonably-priced accomodation in Hamburg. The flight was a bit expensive because of the time of the year, but I can afford it.

But I'm afraid of one thing: that David Haye will back out or will chicken out and just not show up for the fight.

I had a nightmare about sitting in the stadium, waiting for the fight, waiting, waiting, crowd getting restless, and then it was announced that Haye did not show up.

So I would feel really foolish spending all that money if Haye chickened out and did not show up, so after a great deal of thought, I decided NOT to take that risk.

Jim Watt always scores fights fairly accurately, and I'm sure he will do so in this fight.

I just think he will go on and on about Wlad's chin, and say "he has no confidence" over and over again, like he always does.

But at least Jim Watt will be fair and give credit to Wlad at the end (we can be sure Kellerman, Atlas and Ray* would NEVER give him credit! ).

Was watching Watt's fight with Arguello yesterday and was laughing at the thought of Watt commentating on the fight.

"He just wants to land single shots."
"I don't know what he's doing in there"
"He's in danger of losing his wife, kids and his house if this continues."

Jim Watt scored the Valuev/Haye fight for Valuev, so he can be impartial.

I think Larry still does some World Championship Boxing, but disappointingly, recently for some WCB telecasts HBO has Kellerman.

Also Jim Watt on SKY, although he's more intelligent than Max, has always been overly negative about Wlad, and he'll be talking as if Haye is the greatest boxer of all time. So I'm hoping they'll have Glen McCrory or Richie Woodhall instead (and hopefully Barry McGuigan).

I can always turn the sound off or find the RTL stream, but I prefer to have fair and balanced English commentary while watching a fight.
