Does Floyd hit as hard as Cotto, Mosely or even Plasterless Margarito?

Its pretty common knowledge all of the above punches harder than Mayweather. His power is underrated imo, he doesn't hit as hard as all of the above but you got to take into account his punch out put is considerably lower and he rarely throws combos. You're kidding yourself if you think Pac will throw the amount of punches as he did against Marg, Cotto etc because you think Mayweather punches won't bother him.

Floyd has good pop... but that isn't the issue.
It's his very real ability to neutralize Pac's (or most anyone else's) offense.

Sometimes a very accurate punch can be worse than a really hard punch. If Mayweather see's openings, his punches are gonna be like lazers, and can leave people somewhat stagnant.

Pac will murk Mayweather...believe that. No huggery, just the truth- Mayweather won't be able to deter Pac and Pac will eat him alive after a few rds with combination punching. Pac should likely stop Mayweather or drop him at least once en route to a decision.

It'll be all good until Pac lands one or two solid combinations on him, then he'll be in the corner telling ellerbe and Roger "this **** can't be real man, you sure he passed all them tests?"

i think its going to be a very sad night for those wishing on a star that Floyd gets brutally knocked out by Manny. it's hopeful, but i think Floyd will remind everyone how good he actually is. (if it ever happens) expect an entertaining road to the Ortiz fight and a brilliant performance the night of the fight.

I love how people think crisp accurate punches won't deter someone. Those punches will act as a deterrent when you are missing. It is easier to deal with punches when you are landing 3 and 4 punches in return, essentially it is a beneficial trade. When you're getting pot shotted and countered it is demoralising.

I do agree that accurate punches can throw you off your game but it'll be interesting if Pac will eat those and throws his power shots at the same time for the first few rounds. Be interesting to see how Floyd takes those shots too and if it puts him off his game. A few hard punches from pac can daze you and you won't be throwing such accurate well timed counters all night long.

Floyd is not gonna beat Pacquiao using power. Floyd has speed and accuracy. There's a reason why Mosley and other punchers cannot actually eat what you think little power Floyd has.
