Also Everybody always seem to think of Trinidad as some simple slugger, When in reality he liked it when his opponents came to him so he could land a huge counter bomb.
Carr, Vargas, Joppy and countless others made the mistake of standing in front of Trinidad.
Mosely in his prime was very arrogant and ACTUALLY believed like he was the new Sugar Ray Robinson that guarantees he trys to war with Trinidad and pays the price.
Lets not forget Trinidad is the bigger stronger man with much more power.
Co-sign, Mosley NEVER had paralyzing power at 147 Tito did, another thing to consider when Mosley moved to welter he fell in love with this whole “power boxing” bull**** when he was really never a one-punch power hitter anyway.

If he would have fought Tito with his whole “power boxing” tactic that means he would have to stand and trade with Tito at some point and we all know standing in front of Tito is a recipe for disaster!

Oh yeah thats what he calls it "power boxing"
To be fair to Mosley he was tough and his "power boxing" strategy is something I like.
BUT it don't help him at all in this fight.

I see where you’re coming from homey but power is something you have or don’t just like hand speed. Mosley was blessed with hand speed and he constituted that as power.

When you can knock out fools with a punch that displays the whole “deer in the headlights” look than that’s definitive power, just ask Tommy Hearns and his foes who felt his right hand.

Oscar ran from Tito's power. He didn't from Shane's.

Tito is by far the harder puncher.
We'll agree to disagree there.Oscar ran the last 3 rounds because the corner told him to.They assumed,(& were correct in reality),that Oscar pretty much boxed Tito silly & made him look like an idiotic amateur. They knew Tito supposedly had huge power which IMO never showed it's face in that fight.

DLH also stated in a later interview that though his corner told him to take the late rounds off that he also felt Tito’s power and thus he didn’t want any exchange with it. Can’t say I blame him!
