He is not fighting Martinez or Pacquiao after Ortiz. He had to fight Ortiz to pay his IRS back taxes. After the Pac-JMM fight, Floyd will go on vacation once again claiming he is not even thinking about boxing, just like what he said before the Pac-JMM fight was finalized.

I don't think he's implying that the fight will happen in PHL, its pretty much obvious what he's saying that "A PROMOTER FROM PHL" said that this fight will happen not that the fight will take place in PHL.

Because he'll take another legacy defining fight with Barrera as opposed to fighting Mayweather or Martinez, the only fighters boxing fans want him to fight.

How come you mentioned Barrera as his legacy defining fight, and we all know for a fact that Manny vs Floyd has been in the air for more than a year now. Bringing the name of Barrera to the scene doesn't makes any sense at all.
