If Ortiz is not ready right now he likely will never be ready~ he does not have a style of longevity and he is only likely to slow down over time.

Now is just as good a time as good a time as any to roll the dice, waiting until everything is perfect is all well and good but there is something to be said for seeing a quality opportunity before it becomes to late

The key is, Ortiz is right on top of his game, and has the mindset of a champion. And that kid will NEVER quit, EVER !! He will die first.

Anyone who cant see that has no idea what happened to Vic in that fight.

Well said Bob. Maybe a few more fights will hone Ortiz into a real vicious fighter but not yet now. Such talent wasted. There is no way he is ready for Floyd now. But I'm hoping Ortiz will prove me wrong. I'll still side with him when he goes up the ring with Floyd.

Timothy Bradley for Pac(which i think is being set after Marquez fight) or Saul Alvarez for either both.

Bradley is not ready for someone like Pac and Floyd. He would lose to both guys easily. Bradley won't even beat Khan when they fight.

Alvarez is far from ready. He needs to show everyone he can compete against the best guys and make weight without having problems.
