Pac sales never lessen and he always fought what was put in front of him while Floyd always choose his opponent. Team Pacquiao and his promoter time and time again says that they want Floyd, but the latter wants no part of Pac, The whole world knows that Floyd is the one avoiding the p4p king.

There is no pressure to fight Pac because Pac is a fraud. For a guy the boxing media calls dominant, he has never fought a WW that was on top. His last 6 opponents just came off the biggest losses of their careers.

Floyd is looking to fight the best without using catchweights. Ortiz, like Mosley, was coming off a win. His opponents are on top when he fights them. Why would HBO put pressure on Floyd when its Pacquiao who won't sign the contract? Pacquiao is playing the "little guy" despite being only 2" shorter than Floyd. He uses catchweights despite always being able to make 147lbs. Great post. You summed it up in a nutshell but the only thing I want to correct you on is that Floyd fought De La Hoya at "154". I used to like Manny but after JMM, Arum has been using Manny and keeping him safe from fighting winners and guys on top because he wants to make money off of Pac and don't want him to lose to keep his appeal up while Floyd fought 2 guys in the same division Pac is in, that Pac should have fought but he didn't (Mosley in 09, Ortiz now in 11). How can anyone consider Pac P4P#1 when he doesn't want to fight any fighters that are relevant in the division or ranks. Pac is clearly being match maked to the fullest. Pac won't even fight any guys coming off wins or are competitive but yet, I am supposed to believe that he wants to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr? Once Roach and Pac said that "We want to outdo Mayweather" in regards to Mosley. I already knew that they were just trying to follow in his foot steps and not fight him forreal. The only way to outdo Mayweather is to beat him. He fought everyone Pac fought first and when they were better. Can't outdo that. No one was excited about Pac/Clottey, Pac/Margarito, Pac/Mosley and now Pac/Marquez but Floyd comes back to fight a young, live dog coming off of a big win over an undefeated fighter (Ortiz>Berto) and the sport of boxing is going crazy. WTF is with the "take the test" slogan lolz...pac already agreed to the test and you know why this thing is not happening guess what? the guy who is asking for the test is on vacation lolz, how can you do business with a guy who says he is on vacation and is not entertaining the the thought of boxing and yet after manny signed with marquez here he comes unretiring and fighting again...and after this fight with victor he will retire again or is somewhat not thinking about boxing again lolz...for the last time manny agreed to the test that floyd demanded putting that into paper is impossible if one guy is on vacation....

No he didn't. He just said he did but he has not made any effort to call Floyd out and say it. Floyd even went on record and said "If you want the fight then agree to the tests" After Mosley, Pac didn't say anything about accpeting the tests. Pac has been just playing up to the media. Will see after if both win their bouts what Pac says and does.
