So I honestly don't understand people who appreciate his nonsense about testing.
What is the timeline to be considered "retired"?

      "Retirement Rules
In accordance with the USOC NADP, any Athlete or other Person enrolled in the USADA Registered Testing Pool (“USADA RTP”) who wishes to be removed from the program on account of retirement, must promptly notify in writing, USADA and the applicable National Governing Body (“NGB”)"

If Floyd wasn't considered retired (which I guess he wasn't officially) he would've been tested 365 days a year if he was truly doing OST.

"USADA's testing program utilizes both in-competition (event) testing as well as no-advanced notice, out-of-competition testing. Athletes are subject to both urine and blood testing 365 days a year and tests can occur at any time and any place. "

So, however you look at the situation, if OST really was being used, this fight wouldn't be allowed.

If pac won’t even do regular OSDT for 50 million how is Floyd going to convince him to do it all year round?

Looks like you ran out of anything even remotely similar to a valid argument, again.
