Although, Vargas probably was much more of a genuinely arrogant, prick-ish young guy than Rios. But I can see why people connect the two, there are some surface parallels.

Rios is, quite simply, a piece of trash off the streets. He's a good, gutty fighter but if there was ever someone who needed to get his a$$ kicked, it's him. Selling a fight is one thing but he goes over the top with all the F-bombs and "b*tches" and whatever else he says. It's not professional at all. He crosses the line. You can talk trash w/o acting like an inmature 12 yr old.
