Ortiz beat a paper champ who really lost to Collazo. Ortiz has only had 1 fight at 147.

I thought that fight was at 150 CW for a 154 title? how was it a top 5 WW fight?

Clottey is an average fighter..

Mosley was already beaten and shows how poor the division was if he was somehow top 5 after being beaten up by Mayweather and Drawing with the Snake at 154..

Cotto is a good fight but the fight wasn't even at 147 for some reason.. but we will gloss over that.. Pac certainly hasn't clean out WW though

How could he have when the best fighters there were Mayweather/Berto (before his loss to Ortiz)
