Ortiz is fighting a former Super Featherweight.

Ortiz has more fights at 140-147 combined than Floyd has fights above 130.

Floyd has 14 pro fights above 130, 27 fights at 130. Meaning the bulk of his career was at 130.

Ortiz has 33 fights at 140-147.

No excuses being made, just using your own logic. I personally believe Floyd is more of an experienced WW than Ortiz, but Ortiz is the bigger WW.

But again, this does not matter. Size is not really important in determining who is the best.
