$45m for a fight with Ortiz is insane! vs Pacquiao is BY FAR the biggest fight in the sport and should be worth DOUBLE what the Ortiz fight is....at that rate you'd look at $90m for the Pacquiao fight, not far off Mayweather predicting/saying/demanding (however you wanna look at it) $100m

im not saying anything. once again FORBES states floyd made 65million last year. its so easy to check out. forbes anual list of richest athletes. only tiger woods made more at 75million.its not mrjoeblive saying this things that was a DIRECT quote from FORBES.

They most likely combined his purses against JMM and SSM then. I've never seen reports where PBF made 70 million against SSM except from PBF's mouth.

Uhhh... no he did not. You're way off, by about 32 million. DLH made roughly 45 million in that fight and Floyd made less than half, 20.

People think money grows on trees, for 40m HBO can put on shows all year round and make way more cash.

mayweather has always been the only true cash cow. but this fight won't be easy. this is a boxer and puncher. not the one dimensional style of pacquiao.ortiz can box and brawl. manny straight up pacquiao has no chance against either mayweather or ortiz.

You do know that Mayweather will deny what you just labeled him "true cash cow"? That mythical $40 Mil would not be enough to settle the libel & defamation lawsuit brought by PacMan, plus the criminal and civil lawsuits pending from his ex wife and that rent-a-cop. He really should schedule more boxing bouts to cover his legal expenses. If PacMan has no chance against Mayweather, the cops and IRS will get him to bend over. So you see, Mayweather really has no choice but to step into the ring and make some serious money. Win win to everyone.
