    • Its an ok fight, Ortiz could provide a few problems for Floyd coming off the lay-off, but not too many. Tide turns quickly though, Ortiz was a quitter and a bum a short while ago, yet he is a monster now? By dint of beating Berto? ok!

If Pac fans even remotely try to discedit this fight will show how much haters they are because this is better than all of Manny's fights opponent wise since 2008.
thats how I'm seeing it as well Grus....Arum and them been in the game for ages but their NOT in it LIKE THAT...if you know what I mean....Floyd's uncle and dad can be all the bad names in the book...but at the end of the day...that doesn't change the better than average boxing minds they have...they UNDERSTAND history and legacy...ESPECIALLY uncle Roger....dude talks mad **** but he knows the game....Arum has no idea about how LEGACY works....he thinks he can MANIPULATE that as well...smh

Look if you want to be excited with Floyd fighting again then be excited. But dont tell me that Ortiz is some sort of challenge to either Floyd and Pac. If you criticize Pac's choice of Clottey and Marg, you better do the same with Floyds choice of Ortiz.. especially with a fighter like Ortiz... The guy has been KO'd at the lower weights for godsake.. And this was against a brawler with limited boxing skills, whom a shot Morales almost beat..

No way Alvarez was rocked by Cotto's bro, Pac takes him out in 3.

                  • **** that, I'm not complaining, he could have done a hell of a lot worse than Ortiz. Ortiz at 147 looks strong and seems more comfortable. Good first step, from here on out only the big names will do.

cotto is a much better fighter than ortiz even at this point.
NOPE sorry buddy. Cotto was coming off of hard ass fight with a big ass gash against Clottey AND Pac still fought Cotto the champ at a catchweight of 145 EVENTHOUGH Pac fought at 147 before. Ortiz comes off of a great performance and win AND the fight with Floyd is at 147. No way! Floyd trumps Pac AGAIN. Manny could have fought Ortiz but he didn't because he is too nervous on losing. The truth is out there.
