****...I'm as big of a Pacquiao fan as there is but Floyd fighting Vic makes Pac vs Marquez look straight up amateur. If Pac were to fight Canelo instead then we'd have an argument but he's not. Manny's said that he wants 2 more fights and may hang the gloves up after that.. He's ruining his legacy by taking on bs fights, letting his promoter take the heat for it and tarnishing his reputation towards the end of his career.
Fighting Canelo would definitely be an equalizer to the Ortiz fight. The JMM fight looks weak now.
Ortiz isn't anywhere near the level of Mayweather. Floyd is an opportunist, and beating Ortiz gets him back the green strap. What would make his win bigger than Maidana's who virtually made that kid quit?

I have to say I don't like this fight but I understand it..I'm just not sold on Ortiz,he had a good victory against Berto but that's not saying much imo..I would have rather seen Ortiz fight a Jones or Karass..But this is an ok fight,May by a dominate display..
Mayweather by wide UD or late tko. Ortiz will chase Floyd all the rounds. Then if there is a KO, it will be like Floyd-Hatton fight.

ATLEAST Otiz won and fought like a champ against someone coming off of a win and was/is prime and undefeated. When was the last time Pac did that? Ortiz is better than Pac's latest fights, hands down.

Floyd is coming back from a long layoff fighting a live dog, prime winner, coming off of a victory like Victor Ortiz and Pac still fighting guys he is fresher than. Check mates Bob Arum and Pac again. Didn't Bob Arum say that Floyd would never take this fight because Ortiz is a South Paw? If Pac fans even remotely try to discedit this fight will show how much haters they are because this is better than all of Manny's fights opponent wise since 2008.
