In fact, I've seen some key members of the Vitali wagon already trying to twist their feelings into a position where a win over Rahman will validate all this overwhelming and undeserved hyped he gets.
The last time Rahman was in a title fight, he was clearly and thoroughly defeated by John Ruiz.
Rahman may prove to be the biggest win on Vitali's resume to date (which isn't saying much), but it hardly makes a statement should he win.
Rahman is a very limited and plodding fighter.
