Arum is right as usual. Martinez should be a top 5 draw in boxing but hes a smaller draw than Pascal and Bute by far.

And HBO is to blame as well because Dibella is basically doing everything they want. When HBO didn't want to give Cotto that date and instead put on Martinez vs Drizurick on the same night that Cotto was on PPV on Showtime, Arum and Showtime made HBO and Dibella look like damn fools.

Arum has the balls to do whats best for the sport and the fighters. Dibella doesn't know **** about promoting, he just a glorified booking agent.

And I'll never forgive him for embarrassing the greatest sport on earth in a debate against Joe ****ing Rogan.

Jermain Taylor was in some of the sports biggest fights from 2005-2007, you know that right?

And Golden Boy promotes Paulie now so....besides with a fighter like Paulie who has no knockout power, Dibella did a good job of getting him a ton of opportunities.

you need known names , big name opponents to make someone a star or big time backing by hbo.

dibella doesn't have enough in his stable to make martinez a star. dibella is a good guy but that's the truth.

and he shouldn't hold his breath that another promoter whether it be top rank , gbp or someone else will help him out.
