If i remember correctly it was chavez jr. who was suspended for popin up for ilegal substances.... so who is taking the peds???? and who is clamoring to watch the chavez PPVs, only me and another co-worker at my job watch boxing no one else follows it, everyone knows Martinez no one know Chavez Jr. you say chavez won a title and the think his senior came out of retirement... he hasnt even really earned a title he fought nobodies was cought taking illegal susbstances and got his tittle belt from zbik who had it given to him... Soooo check your facts Arum is protecting his stable like always... sad thing is that the only one he put at risk was Cotto...

So it's plain and simple if u have skills, sign with Bob Arum as your promoter...
I believe JCC Jr. is not yet ready to face Martinez at this moment of time...JCC Jr. possess only good power and solid chin but lacks speed and skill...Boxing is both a sport and a business, you have to work hard as a boxer to achieve greatness and look for a worthy promoter to become a prize fighter...
I remember Pacquiao started boxing for a living for a few bucks and dream to be a champion as any ordinary boxer does...As a brawler he fought hard fights along the way earning him as a future prospect to become a champion...As opportunity came he has proven that he's worthy to become great by beating Ledwaba as a late replacement and started eyeing formidable oppositions as a road to success but still not a prize fighter...Opportunities came one by one beating future hall of famers by the likes of Barerra2x, Morales2x, Marquez, etc.and a right decision to choose the best promoter to do the business side...Along the way as promoted well facing popular and bigger oppositions, against all odds he earned to be a prize fighter with amazing victories and broke records...
It's a long way feat to established such status of superstardom, I hope future stars should follow his footsteps...Boxing is all about fighter's skills and good promotions...If you believe that you have skills and potentials, look for the best promoter who could build you up and handle the business side...
So it's plain and simple sign with Bob Arum as your promoter, then if your skillful success will follow not only as a boxing champion but as well as a prize fighter...Comment
