Lets put it this way, 95% of telephone lines in Mexico are owned by him. Mexico pays the most $$$ out of any country for phone service, he owns ALL communications in Mexico. Think about that, 1 person who controls all communication of a country.

He pays hundreds of millions in fines a year. He has a long history of shady dealings. Especially in a country like Mexico, you dont become the worlds richest man in Mexico doing stuff the legit way.
