Actually Rubio has improved, yeah he's still not very good but he looked better against Lemieux. In that fight he received some hard shots and took them pretty well.

Now will Rubio beat Chavez Jr? I don't know, all that I'm saying is that Arum won't risk Chavez Jr against a guy who CAN punch, especially after the terrible defence that Chavez Jr showed yesterday.
