They can offer a lot of circumstantial evidence that suggests he is and they have enough of that to form a belief that he is , has Manny ever had a blood test that was tested for PEDS , can Manny prove he has never used PEDS when his Team have been associated to PED use before .

Show proof of damage , show sponsers that dropped of him because of Ped talk , show how his country did not elect him because of Ped talk , show that nobody will fight him because of Ped talk ,,,, there is no damage that can be proven anywhere you cant assume damage but sight none , courts dont operate on ifs and maybes , there must be some proof of damage there is none and ALL his stocks in all areas went UP !!!

Everytime that accusation is printed it does damage to Pacquiao reputation.

The case Golden Boy wasn't just a couple of apologies. It was apologies as well as a private settlement.

Pacquiao's legal team began this case in January of 2010. Think of all the smack, direct and indirect allusions, and inflammatory statements the Mayweathers have made. The case against the Mayweathers has only gained leverage.

Floyd and his crew should be worried about the lawsuit, but they are probably not. Too dumb.

What you fail to understand is they only have to have enough reason to believe he has used something so that it forms their expert boxing opinion , they dont have to prove he is , only that they truly believe he is and show why they believe it .

Pac has to prove some form of damage to claim damages ,,, where is proof of damage ? all his stocks went up lol

Dan is right, it's obvious mannys lawyer out a beating on gbp. All a judge needs to do is go on the Internet to see floyds antics have hurt mannys rep and earning potential.

Floyd better get back in the ring his lawyer fees are going to catch up quickly.
