I've never liked Berto I liked him less when he accused Ortiz of using steroids and now I just plain dislike him for being a b!tch and backpedaling

I am similar to where you are at..... I liked Berto, but thought that he was largely untested and also a little protected, so possibly over-rated..... I thought that the PED accusations directed toward Ortiz showed a lack of class and maturity...... and the back-peddling confirmed it

I agree with the earlier poster, KnockedThe***Out I think it was, who basically said that Berto needs to STFU, close his twitter account, and get back on the horse.

If Berto's comments are true - that he had a off night - then he will not have fallen too far and needs to get back in the ring, and get back to work.

Jeez you guys, CLOSE YOUR TWITTER ACCOUNTS !!

How many hot-headed, rash, impetuous comments have we read lately ?

ALL of those comments have reflected on the boxer himself, and ALL have achieved the opposite to what was intended. The promoters need to step up their game and get to pace with modern social networking tools. Twitter/Facebook/etc should be controlled, like any other marketing tool.

Yea, wtf? "I didnt say anything, nothing at all" "Where did i say it?"

He tweeted that dude was on peds and other crap and re-tweeted what dirells brother said of having "absolute proof" of him taking something.

Berto is another lazy young fighter who doesnt use all of his maximum potential because he is lazy and has no heart.

Bum was being overpaid and overprotected, got pwned. Cant train heart Birtha

First he acts like a pu**y for saying or "implying" Ortiz was in PED's and then he acts like a ***** for backing down and backtracking off his comments.

SMH c'mon dude be better than that

                  "what did I say?"

Berto, now I have really lost every shred of respect for you. What did you say? You said there was a reason why Ortiz took the shots, made a large weight, not flitsone vitamins, etc? This is bunk!

Berto- it is also what you infer and allude when you speak. There are direct and indirect allusions and you must be accountable to those.

                  Shameful and completely in denial

I am a fan of mayweather but you see what he has started??? Why is it that so many fighters find it so hard to believe they lost? Do they think they are superhuman?? There will always be someone better than you (on any given night/day)...

                    Deal with it.

So what? he was at 165 pounds, but he made weight didn't he? So don't complaine there is no rule about how many pounds a fighter can go up (i believe only the IBF has a weight gain limitation rule)...
