why do people act like these two things are mutually exclusive. what, it's not in the realm of possibility that pacquiao could (knowingly or unknowlingy) be juicing while being tailored by bob arum?

I'm not saying it has to be one or the other. But if you're basing things on pure speculation, how can you say one thing and then say another.
