and niether is Chavez. People forget about Martinez. Martinez was pushed to be the emeitus so they could give Chavez a shot. That is the facts and nothing will ever change that.

you have to remember though,and martinez said this in an interview in spanish boxing program that his title was taken away because he didn't fight zbik,and remember that hbo didn't want that fight,..facts are facts and nothing will ever change that...and i really hope if chavez wins he fights martinez,so people will stop criticizing him,but even though i still think they will

And what people forget was that they striped martinez bc he refused to fight zbik. Zbik was ready to fight martinez but he refused not bc he was scared of him but bc hbo refused him as an opponent and now a days martinez fights when hbo says so.

i hate this, especially since Martinez is willing to fight whoever. It just sucks that HBO took this stance with Martinez when they have/had other fighters *cough*berto*cough* fighting nobodies.. Exactly, its kind of like when you are a kid and play sports and if you suck they still have to play you nowadays and you get a trophy and everything and feel like your part of everything for your "self esteem". Thats what its like with these two clowns. Canelo is a nice prospect but to say he is the world champ is what bothers me. Think about this, JCC JR is fighting for the WBC MW champ of the world. What do you think a Hagler or Hearns or even Sergio would do to the boy. Its sickening but hey that's what boxing is now. LMAO @ the honorable Jose Sulaiman.
