he was kicking maidana's ass too. let's not pretend it was a one sided beating or something.

ortiz wouldn't be the 1st guy to get excited and blow his load too quick. which is what it seemed like to me watching the fight.

peterson he was whooping as well even though he fought a ****** game plan.


if you want to criticize ortiz , i'd say go with his boxing iq and dumb fight plans. the boy has some skills.

Chalk it up to experience and I think he is better suited at this weight class. The kid is a good fighter.. The Berto fight will do wonders for his confidence as well... I see good things from him.....
