umm...Form all accounts, Greenburg played mediator. Greenburg said he talked to somebody from Mayweather camp. Never mentioned GBP.

Why are people acting as if Mayweather is with GBP. There were reports, I'm assuming wrong, that King would be talking for Floyd. Haymon and Todd Dubeoff usually talk about the fight.

So my question still remains.

The first link may have had a statement in there where Arum reached with GBP to make a deal with Floyd. BUT! But, I don't see any quotes of Bob saying such & such. Maybe the one who wrote the article didn't quite understood the whole details. He put in there real quotes of Bob, but nothin' about GBP.

The Second link, was just Bob clearing things up for f@gs like you that there was no connection with GBP in dealing with FLoyd but through Al Haymon. It's one of those common mistakes that needed fixing. a$$!

So what if Bob was lying. Bob is known for being a liar one day and who speaks the truth the next. But this article in sum, was just Bob's sympathy-like for Roger, and that he would respect Floyd's decision if he wouldn't fight Pac in 2010 due to valid reason, but hoped there would be a fight in 2011.

While your digging for more facts. Why don't you try finding one of Oscar saying things the he & Bob tried to reach an agreement with Floyd. That would definitely be one hell of a fact.

IF, you were really a Manny-fan, you would not be questioning that Bob Arum publicly stated for 7 weeks that he was personally negotiating with GBP. WHY? Because if you were a Manny-fan you would remember very clearly. So, you either dont remember (which makes you a fly-by-night troll) or you are being dishonest (which is what I suspect, because you have been proven to be dishonest in the past).

NOBODY questions the fact that Bob Arum stated for WEEKS that he was personally negotiating with GBP, and that link clearly proves it. If you google the topic, there are dozens of links, I just used the first boxingscene link.

Bob Arum's " deadline " was a total scam, so CLEARLY, it is impossible for there to have been a second round of negotiations.

The "negotiations" that took place, was Arum talking to Greenburg, Greenburg talking to someone from Floyd camp.

That's it.

You don't need GBP to make Pac-Floyd. Because, Floyd Mayweather is not apart of GBP. Do you not understand?

GBP and Floyd are on a fight to fight bases. Floyd can fight Pac, with Don King backing him, Dibella backing him, or with Mayweather promotions. There is no need to have GBP to make such a fight.

So my questions still remains. Where in that quote shows that Arum had no intentions in making such fight?

Now the "negotiations" might have been a sham or not even such "negotiations" really took place. However, what quote in that article proves or disprove that theory?

Do you have reading comprehension? Do you understand what I'm asking? Do you understand that Floyd is not with GBP? Do you understand that GBP is not needed to make such fight? Bob Arum, never lied to me. I never talked to Bob Arum. I don't even go by what Arum says, I go by what Greenburg has mentioned. Because, out of everybody involved he's the most credible one since he has no reason to lie.

between Pac and Floyd, with a lawsuit still ticking?

Of course, the above argument stands on a few dubious assumptions.

1. That Arum's statement re: Shaefer's/dlH's apologies are factual
and honest. Like, really now... this is Arum with his mouth moving.

2. That Arum's animosity towards Shaefer/OdlH was solely based on
the lawsuit. I think anyone here should know better.

3. That TR and GBP have shared ABSOLUTELY no business since the
lawsuit. IMDAZED has already indicated that at lower levels of
capitalization, TR and GBP still dealt with one another.

Arum was probably oversimplifying his objections to working with GBP,
and the apology meant far more to him than just settling the matter
of defamation: the triumph of hearing them humbling themselves may
have meant satisfaction to Arum wrt other prior grievances.

It is ultimately likely that with enough money on the table (Pac-Floyd),
Arum could put aside personal grievances and try to negotiate through
a third party, which is what supposedly was attempted via HBO's
Greenburg. Ross' declaration that Arum indeed did try to make the
fight should be enough, but some just can't let go of their biases.

In any case... bring on Pac-Ortiz.
