Every fighter gets blood work for license, there's your baseline. Do random test from randomly picked fighters from a database, since this includes ALL combat sports if it's by commission, that's why it's better if it's done by a governing body. Keep the urine tests after the fights. Have the governing bodies and promoters pay for the tests since they're not the ones risking being a potato at 50.

Point being, if Team Pacquiao knew that the agency can stop testing 1 week or 2 before the fight, why didn't they jump at the chance to submit to testing in 2009?

        What, they didn't know? Sure.

Making up all sorts of excuses after Coach Freddie Roach boldly claims "Manny will pass any test in the world" only makes them all the more su****ious.

When Manny really decides he'll sit and take that test, he knows how to contact Floyd.

no one is against better testing, but it should be done across the boards, not at the whims of a narcissistic **** like wifebeater

              yup, they didn't know

in fact no one knows about it until they stated they stopped taking blood 18 days prior to the Floyd-Shane fight

thats why they pushed through for another set of negotiations which team Mayweather refused to compromise

instead Floyd opted for his vacation together with his sucker excuses

                PEDs are overrated.
PEDs can't make you a power puncher.
PEDs can't make you a speed demon.
PEDs can't make your chin hard as granite .
PEDs can't make your heart like a lion.
PEDs can't make your ring intelligence better.
PEDs can't make your boxing skills better.
PEDs can only help you train more but it can do you more harm than good at the end. So why risk yourself when you can just train harder like Pacquaio?

Manny would have had all the media in the sports world on lock down had he been the FIRST to champion Olympic Style Testing for the biggest fight in history.

                  Guess you can't win'em all.
Lets just say Floyd would have turned it down, then what? How would that make YOU feel? Also stating that the testing for his previous fights was all the sport needed.

I'm sure you will say that you would attack Floyd as you do Manny, but I doubt it.

This post can be looked at from two different sides (the shoe on the other foot). Not just one.

i think it has to do with the way floyd approached the subject. it's not like he proposed it to help clean up the sport. he "proposed" it in an attacking, degrading, and demeaning manner.

i think that testing for EVERY fight would enhance the credibility; if they made it standard policy. but it borderlines on mccarthyism to "call out" fighters to take tests.

if full on blood testing costs too much then at least get full random urine tests or something since Pac's camp claims that it can detect stuff blood tests can now...
