Advanced testing helps the credibility of the sport

Don't understand why anyone would be bothered by this. We as boxing fans should support advance testing. but instead they reject it because it is associated with pac may negotiations.

Um simple. You're forgetting one simple fact, as far as I can recall the blood testing that occurred in Mayweather/Mosley etc cost something like $20,000 per fighter that comes out of pocket from each fighter's purse to my knowledge. So yes there are some major reasons why lower end fighters who are not making millions like Mayweather would find this practice to be extremely cost prohibitive.

testing for only championship fights, 20,000 is nothing to a fighter on the championship or contender level. could use that money they pay sanction bodies with for belts.

are you ******? Even contender fights often make something like $30k per fight up to 100k a fight. 20k is a HUGE amount. I think you're overestimating how much $$ boxers get. It was recently posted, the purses of some of the below super championship level fights and they were not that much you'd be surprised. 20k would be a huge chunk of their purse

              All PEDS should be legal.

I am tired of all these goody two shoes acting like cops.

Didn't know about this type of testing existed til mayweather brought it up, at first i thought it was a duck, but realized to keep the integrity of the sport in an era of drugs in sports only helps boxing.

                  Shoe on the other foot:

Had the Pacman proposed and suggested OST FIRST and not the other way around, there would not be the double standards toward Floyd.

Manny would have had all the media in the sports world on lock down had he been the FIRST to champion Olympic Style Testing for the biggest fight in history.

                  Guess you can't win'em all.

I agree, boxing will be far more exciting. Fighters would go minimum 30 rounds without tiring and hit 5000 PSI in each hand when they jab and will be able to withstand thousands of power shots per fight without going down but when they finally go down it will usually be a fatality. This will put boxing back on the map and overtake MMA.
