Should the Greatest Boxer EVER Be Able to beat a BUM on roids?

Just wondering, Floyd Mayweather and his family (Sr., Roger, etc) consider him to be the greatest boxer ever, better than SRR and Ali.

Now on the other hand all of them consider Pacquiao to be a complete bum. In Floyd Mayweather Sr's recent interview posted here he said outright that Pacquiao has ZERO skill, and is a complete joke of a fighter but the only reason he's winning is cus he's doping.

So let me ask you this, should the "Greatest Fighter of All Time" be able to handle a complete unskilled bum who's simply been taking some performance enhancing drug?

Just to give you an example, I consider myself an alright fighter and I personally would not be afraid to fight a zero skilled complete BUM off the street even if they were on performance enhancing drugs because I still feel they would pose no threat.

So if Floyd is the greatest fighter of all time, why is a complete no skilled journeyman loser bum such a threat just because he took a little something or other to enhance his physique? Shouldn't the greatest fighter of all time match up quite well against a complete bum with zero skill even if that bum is on some steroids?

yes but even if manny is on roids and has zero skill, and believing that mayweather is the greatest fighter of all time, shouldn't the skill deficit be enough for Floyd to destroy the "bum" even if that bum is on steroids? Do steroids help bridge the gap entirely between completely no skilled bum and ATG GOAT??

My argument: If roids can turn a complete no skilled bum into someone that can pose a threat to the ATG / GOAT then why isn't every single bum off the street journeyman taking roids and becoming an ATG???

I'm 5'6 145. I'm confident that I have the boxing skills to beat just about any bum off that the street on steroids. Roids give you "strength" not skill. So an ATG? That bum would get washed. I will not apply my thinking to Pac-PBF because I refuse to discuss it.

well to refute your argument, yes Roids can do all of the above. Roids helps you train for much longer amounts of time as it speeds up recovery time and gives you far more stamina. Common logic has it that the more you train, the better you get. Thus, YES roids can make you become better and have more skills.

But the point is, can roids make you have SO much skill that it bridges the gap from you being a complete no skilled bum to the GOAT?
