I don't think he beats the Oscar Floyd fought at 154, maybe not the one that fought Manny if that fight was at 154, at 147 he would beat him either time though.

It is absolutely a fact. Mayweather is clearly greater than Cotto.

Cotto most likely beats everyone Floyd has fought above 140 but Floyd's career is vaster than those weight classes.

Cotto would not stop that version of Mosley. No chance. Cotto-Mosley is destined to go to the cards. Mosley is an iron chinned fighter who has only been down 3 times his entire carrer and has fought bigger puncher's than Cotto. Cotto wouldn't stop Mosley.

Cotto might have fought better opposition above 140 than Mayweather but his resume isn't better than Mayweather's at 140 and above

I believe Cotto style matches well with FMJ. I'm probably in the minority, but IMO Cotto beats Floyd.
