Right now??I'd take Ortiz.He showed he's strong at 147 & has the guts to battle back.Cotto prime welterweight would win.But if Cotto drops back down right now,I'd have to pick Ortiz.

Umm... Lets see. Cotto likes to fight on the inside too, but his power doesn't exactly get immediate results like Ortiz... Um, I'd have to say Cotto just based on experience, however I give Ortiz a shot in the inside
