salita has had his last 3 fights at welterweight against bums. i would substitute kendall holt or mike alvarado...even kotelnik would be better.

I'm sorry but the blokes a bum..
Give him the chance and he'll clear out the tournament. Styles make fights. Khan will be a problem but with the right plan it can be different.

The Super 6 was very organized with all the points and brackets, and fighters HAD to fight each other and it was only AFTER they fought, that some pulled out, and they were replaced anyways.

The unofficial 140 pound tourney was really gay and sloppy, and of course Bradley ruined it. All tourneys should be as organized as the Super 6 or don't even make it at all.
          actually we got khan-maidana , bradley-alexander , kotelnik-alexander recently.

          and before that we got khan-kotelnik , maidana-ortiz , maidana-kotelnik , alexander-urango , bradley-peterson......

that's pretty much all the top ranked fighters at 140 fighting in the last year or two.

if it wasn't from bradley ducking/avoiding khan , we could have crowned a clear champion this year.

the super six has been the tournament that was sloppy and kinda gay.

you have to do it with YOUNGER GUYS LOOKING TO MAKE A NAME FOR THEMSELVES (like Dirrell and Ward in the Super 6) as well as International Fighters who would like to make a name for themselves in the US (Like Froch, Abraham and Kessler)

so Timothy Bradley, Amir Khan, they are already at the top of that Division so it is really NO NEED for them to be in the Tournament nor would they join it

but you could do it with maybe Devon Alexander, Lamont Peterson, Jesse Vargas, Tim Coleman, Danny Garcia, Lucas Matthysse, Denis Shafikov, Mike Alvarado, Kendall Holt, guys like that

for it to work you have to do it with guys who NEED THE EXPOSURE and/or guys who are trying to bounce back from loses in their careers (like Salita, Alexander, Holt, Peterson)

But if it's made now there's time for Bradley and Khan to still be relevant.

Neither of them will be moving to 147 soon as they haven't faced off yet.

It can resolve problems with mandatories as that's going to be the next problem in making the Bradley fight after Khan fights Judah. Maidana's going to want to enforce his fight. And Bradley can't remain inactive while it's all going on.

So the younger guys with the lower seeds will be going against them first and should leave a really good semi-final card.

we did already kind of have a top 4 tournament with

                    #1 Bradley vs #3 Alexander

                    #2 Khan vs # 4 Maidana

although I wish we had Ortiz vs Maidana rematch for the # 4 spot
