I understand that Shaw is a sub-level promoter but Timmy could have played his cards better is what I'm saying. Fighters aren't known to have high IQs. They say ****** things sometimes but Timmy could have just come clean and said he is winding up his contract with Shaw and he's looking for better promotion.

The dodging of the issue that he has with Shaw is what is making him look bad.

Bradley said it was problems with his promotion(aka Shaw)in the interview he did..But he also said it was other things,mainly he knows he can get more out of HBO by not signing right now because HBO is going to really want this fight once both of these guy's fights their respective fights..

This is ****ing simple, Bradley could of fought Khan in the biggest fight money wise of his career against the best opponent in his career, and then go on and sign with TR or GBP and move on.

The excuse that he doesnt want to fight for Shaw is bull**** because he doesnt need to extend his contract to fight with shaw. And if he where to beat Khan he would get to be a draw atleast and be the lineal champion.
And im surely HBO would of gave him more fights.

So none of what Bradley has said makes any kind of sense!!

Can you show the contract where it states Shaw did not want any options on Bradley??Also Bradley after he fights whoever for 1.2 mill will be in a much better position to nego with HBO for more money on a fight with Khan and to get more fights for the future..

He could still fight Khan under Shaw... He's not going to make more money simply because he's with another promoter. It's not like he is stuck with Shaw if he fights one more time under him.. There's absolutely no reason that Bradley should not have taken this fight. He was going to make a career payday for him over 2mil+ after UK PPV's. The only reason is he doesn't think he can win.. Simple as that. He pretty much said it himself. "What if I lose" Did he not say that?

Truthfully, I think the talk between TR and GBP about working on things for the future is all about making sure Khan-Bradley happens...or Arum's way of enticing Bradley to TR that bit more.

The thing is it also gives Bradley more reason to go to GBP cos not only does he get guaranteed Khan. He is guaranteed Ortiz and others PLUS there is a possible sit-down with TR to fight Pac.

I can't see Pac signing a fight with Bradley because of how close he and Khan are. They respect each others space currently. That could all change but thats the way I see it.

Brad could sign for either bunch and be cool but if I was him I'd sign with GBP for the extra autonomy.

How the hell will he negotiate for more money and more fights, if HBO is seeing what he is doing because he have a guranteed fight.

He wont get any more guarantees from HBO, you can bet on that!

And the gurantee for his fight is not against any fighter, is from a list of 4 HBO gave him.
